KASEY CHAMBERS TO HEADLINE "AUSTRALIA ROCKS THE PIER"  FREE CONCERT AT THE SANTA MONICA PIER ON AUGUST 2ND LOS ANGELES, CA - JULY 11, 2012 - Australia Rocks The Pier presented by G'Day USA, returns for the third year to the famed Santa Monica Pier on Thursday, August 2nd @7-10pm as part of Southern California's prized Twilight Concert Series.  The free concert will feature top Australian musicians Kasey Chambers and Matt Ellis along with rising talent D Henry Fenton.  Environmentalist, author and designer, Jamie Durie, is set to host the evening of Australian music, art and culture.

South Coast Plaza: Free Movie Mondays

The Segerstrom Center for the Performing Arts in Costa Mesa is doing its free Movie Mondays series again this summer. The “Free For All” movies start at 8 p.m.  You don’t need tickets, just show up. You can bring your own picnics, but no barbecue equipment. You can also buy a meal from Patina Catering. You can pay to park, look for the small amount of street parking available or park at the South Coast Plaza and walk over (which is frowned upon, I’m sure, by the South Coast Plaza people).
